How much do hair extensions cost?
There’s one question everyone wants to know and we’ve realized there’s not a lot of information out there.
How much do hair extensions cost?
So I want to offer clarity on how extensions are priced and what your investment may look like.
The quality of the hair itself, the quality of the method, along with the quality of the actual installment can all make a huge difference in both your experience and the cost of extensions.
Your own hair also takes a part as the pricing can vary from things like density, texture, and light colors.
Which is why a stylist can be hesitant to quote without seeing you!
All of our pricing includes the install, custom colored wefts, blending cut, and Oi Oil, and your first maintenance appointment.
Here’s the best way I can break it down.
Looking to fill in thin or broken sides?
We can achieve this at time with 1-2 bundles of k tips strategically placed near the crown and hair line. This price would range in the 400-900 range.
Looking to add volume?
We can achieve this using one row of hand tied extensions and typically falls between 1,100-1,400.
Looking to add length?
When we’re adding inches two rows are almost always needed to disperse the density and avoid an unintended mullet look. You would be looking in the 2,100-3,600 range.
Looking for length and volume?
Here’s where we may need to pull out multiple methods to create a believable density or an extra half row. Here is estimated 2,600-3,600+
Maintenance is a vital step in a healthy and successful extension experience. We’ll book you for your next appointment based on the strength and health of your scalp. Typically we see you every 7-10 weeks for hand tied extensions and k-tips are removed after 4-6 months of wear.
These appointments begin at $150 and go up by the amount of rows.
