Service Adjustments
I understand if I would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, Jacqueline will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.
Retail Return Policy
I understand a very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment I have. I will make sure to reach out to Jacqueline with my concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Etiquette
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. By reading and agreeing to this statement I have read and understood all of Jacqueline Redd's Policies found in the Digital Welcome Packet sent to my email and stated in this memo.
I understand that Jacqueline Redd and I will have an in depth conversation speaking about all aspects of today's appointment, in which I agree to and acknowledge including price of service, and the expected physical and aesthetic results. I will sign these policies upon acceptance of my application to be a client of Jacqueline's as well as every appointment there on.
Cancellation
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. All deposits are non refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment day/time if contacted at minimum 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Running Late
I understand that sometimes we can not control traffic, getting kids out of the house on time or your coffee shop taking a bit longer on your order. When we schedule an appointment I make sure to book a 10 minute buffer because I know things happen. If you are running any later than 10 minutes we may need to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time for my other appointments. If you run later than 15 minutes a late fee will be applied to your service total.
